- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had to get a last minute daycare medical form signed. I was met with a very nice receptionist and nurse who assisted me with seeing the doctor. He examined my daughter very thoroughly and cleared her to attend daycare. My daughter had eczema on her face for 3 weeks that I couldn't get rid of, and he recommended an inexpensive over the counter ointment to help me clear it up which it did over night.
